Unlike the previous entry of the list, in Two-Tier Network Marketing, you will be tasked with getting new recruits. However, a majority of your profits will still come from network marketing direct selling commissions. You will also receive a referral bonus and a small profit for each sale that the person you recruited makes.
Multi-Level Marketing
What makes Multi-Level Marketing works similar to the other two but allows you to have more levels of recruits under you. Some multi-level marketing companies allow you to get a commission from as high as 5 tiers under you, making recruitment a very important aspect of such companies.

As mentioned above, in the multi-level marketing style of network marketing, it is important to find people who are excited about the company or the product they sell.
